1. What services do you provide?

I provide individual counselling for anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, grief, relationship concerns, life transitions, and refugee mental health assessments.

2. Do you offer virtual counselling?

Yes. Sessions are available both in person and virtually for clients across Alberta and Saskatchewan.

3. What languages do you speak?

Services are available in English, Urdu, Punjabi, and Hindi.

4. How long is a counselling session?

Most counselling sessions are approximately 50–60 minutes.

5. Do you provide direct billing?

Direct billing may be available for eligible insurance plans. Please contact us to verify your coverage.

6. Are your services covered by insurance?

Many extended health benefit plans cover counselling services. Coverage varies by provider and plan.

7. What is the cost of a counselling session?

8. Do you work with refugees and newcomers?

Yes. I have experience supporting refugees, newcomers, and individuals adjusting to life in Canada.

9. What can I expect during my first session?

The first session focuses on understanding your concerns, discussing your goals, and developing a plan that meets your needs.

10. How do I book an appointment?

You can book an appointment through the website, by email, or by phone.

11. Is counselling confidential?

Yes. All sessions are confidential except in situations where disclosure is required by law or there are immediate safety concerns.

12. Do I need a doctor’s referral?

No. Most clients can book directly without a referral.
